The Service Provider will only store the data for the specified and lawful purpose and will not use it for any other purpose. The Service Provider processes Users’ personal data fairly and legally. The Service Provider takes appropriate security measures to protect the personal data it stores in order to prevent unauthorized access, alteration or distribution.

According to Act CXII of 2011, the Service Provider has the right to provide the User (entitled) with information on the processing of his/her personal data, to correct the User's (entitled) personal data, and to delete or block the User's (entitled) personal data upon request – except for mandatory data management.

Complaint reporting procedure: verbal complaints made by phone are received every working day at a pre-arranged time, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and written complaints are continuously received via electronic access.

In the event of a consumer complaint regarding the service, the User may initiate proceedings before the competent consumer protection authority, conciliation body or, in the case of electronic advertising, the communications authority.
