Klimt fabric on the rocking chair

Category
Modern upholstery
Country
Hungary

There are many things that come to my mind about Klimt... Art Nouveau, female portraiture, the Golden Age...

The upholstery of the rocking chair on the picture evokes this period, which was the most successful for the Austrian painter, the era of his early 20th century paintings, during which he left us, among others, The Kiss, the Golden Tears and the painting of Adele Bloch-Bauer, which was recently the subject of a film.

I had the fabric from the Czech Republic with me for some time, but unfortunately there was relatively little of it available and so perhaps that is the reason why I could not really find a worthy piece of furniture for it... until now.
